We're looking for an experienced and motivated Project Communication Coordinator who can support our customers on the Scandinavian market. The job will be project based and requires skills on both a strategic level, as well as designing and producing communication material. The projects are often big impact change programs and the person we are looking for can both create and deliver a communication program that support the change. Ability to communicate at all levels, understand different stakeholder needs and the ability to "get the work done" will be important factors for success. You should be able to create all different kinds of communication material, but also be able to scope and package production to offshore resources. You will work with websites and social media as well as coordinate and manage network groups. Travel is a natural part of the job. The assignments are both long and short with different placements in Scandinavia.

To be successful in this role we believe you are analytical and pedagogic with good communication skills. You are committed to your work and have an ability to structure and plan the work on your own. As a person you are eager to learn, target-oriented and have both a strategic and coordinated mindset. You are a creative and flexible team player.

Competence
• Master in Communication or related academic degree required.
• Excellent copywriting or technical writing skills
• Strong photography and videography skills.
• Experience managing social media for an organization preferred.
• Excellent IT skills, Sharepoint, social media or photoshop, MS Office
• Experience of digital communications
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. Second Language preferred, Portuguese, Spanish, French or Norwegian.
