You should have some familiarity with the coastal region between Pattaya and Rayong where our projects are located and a keen interest in the second home property market in Thailand and internationally.
You will be responsible for liaison between our Stockholm and Thailand sales offices and assist with administrative duties in our Stockholm marketing office. You will administer daily communication with our existing and new buyers, forwarding information to our Thai offices.
You will assist our sales manager and staff in marketing and sales of our projects internationally including updates to our website and other online marketing channels, email marketing and preparation of other marketing resources. Experience of international property marketing is an advantage.
Architectural and planning experience helpful to assist with communication between our management based in Sweden and our project planning team in Thailand. Experience in construction fields advantageous.
Candidates should be native Thai speakers with excellent written language skills. They should also be fluent in English with good writing abilities. Knowledge of Swedish is an advantage. The company working language is English.
You must be fully computer literate with knowledge of mac/pc and appropriate programs for design of marketing materials (InDesign, architectural design software AutoCAD etc).
You should work well in a small team and be able to perform under pressure and strict timelines.
