hela Sverige ValueOne is looking for a Project Buyer for a six month assignment at a manufacturing company in Stockholm. The assignment is to start immediately.

The role
As a Project Buyer you will be a member of the Sourcing Engineering team and represent sourcing in new product development projects from concept, new product introductions and industrialization.
Main tasks:
In cooperation with the Category Sourcing Manager secure and manage that preferred suppliers are selected for each Product Development project.
RFQ management.
Purchase order processing, coordinate and secure material.
In cooperation with R&D optimize BOM cost, product life cycle cost and safeguard value engineering.
Report and follow up on related KPIs.
Master data management, set up and maintain correct sourcing parameters in the ERP system.
Experience and competencies
The ideal candidate for this position must have experience of project-related sourcing and a good commercial understanding of the supplier process. Furthermore, experience from category management is required as well as good technical knowledge. As you will be working on an international arena, your English must be excellent, written and spoken alike. You are used to work cross functional and are familiar with manufacturing processes, technical innovation and ERP systems. Knowledge within battery technology is considered an advantage.
To succeed in the role, you need to have a strong inner drive and the ability to take ownership of the tasks at hand. In addition, you are a natural communicator and networker who easily creates trust and long-term relationships.
