JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Fastener Project Buyer, you will be accountable for the Quality, Delivery, Cost, Feature, Technology, Sustainability and Risk Management (QDCFTSR) of suppliers in your segments. You will be responsible to make sure that the projects are sourced on time with the right partners and right QDCFTSR, by using the tools and purchasing/cross functional network. You will have as well to collaborate with Fastener Buyers all over the world and the European Fastener Segment Leader, supporting on building the segment strategy.
This job position is offered in Goteborg Sweden for a period of approximately one year starting mid-June 2021.

Drive negotiation in order to find the best partner and the best QDCF on the sourcing phase by using your owns skills and Purchasing tool box
Prepare and participate to Sourcing Boards and Sourcing Committees to select the right partner
Secure to write proper agreements with selected suppliers
Contribute to segment business plan & be an active member in the global network of commodity and project buyers
Monitor, identify and mitigate risks in cooperation with SQ&D team
Manage and negotiate product/processes changes for Revenue segments
QUALIFICATIONS
University degree (Bachelor or Master), preferably in engineering or business
3+ years Purchasing experience, preferably in automotive (Not mandatory)
Motivated by change management and ability to drive change
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Multicultural experience is an asset
