Sinch is a new and rapidly growing tech company with a SDK that makes adding communication services (voice, instant messaging etc.) to developers? app really easy. We are a startup with a strong tech and business background and a platform powering millions of people today already. We are based in Stockholm, San Francisco and London.

The buyer role is part of a new project team that have a special focus towards specific customers. With the goal of ensuring customer satisfaction. Since the company is growing and the project team is not yet in place, this role will develop. Currently the main responsibilities are:

Perform negotiations with suppliers
Contract management
Keeping track of all orders and keeping close communication with project team
Analyzing risk factors and controlling of suppliers
Development of gross margin for the customers
Keeping close communication with other functions of the company
Capture return of experience and best practices
Facilitating improvement of operational routines

Requirements
1-3 years of work experience as Purchaser/Buyer or relevant
Experience of interaction with international suppliers
Knowledge of Excel on an advanced level will be plus
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Project management skills
Service minded
Fluency in English, written and spoken, is necessary. Chinese will be a plus.

This position is based in Stockholm and will report to Procurement Manager.
