SenionLab is looking for a Customer Project Associate to support the project management team in driving top-line growth. Here is a unique opportunity to join a startup that is positioned for massive growth. The Customer Project Associate is expected to be a fast learner, a good communicator and and a highly organized person with the capability to manage customer projects around the globe.

1 Position Deliverables

Communicate our processes to customers and lead their teams to a successful project result.
Manage the installation, configuration and support for a customer in a timely and professional manner, both at site and remotely.
Establishing and maintaining a relationship with third part installation and support companies at site.
Serve as an internal customer liaison by reporting about customers thought about our products and services.
Assist account managers with technical sales support.

2 Position Qualifications

Relevant experience from customer relationship within technical sales, logistics, supply chain management or configuration management.
Enjoy learning new and leveraging existing skills
Excellent communication skills, written and verbally. Must exade a get it done attitude.
Ability and flexibility to work at od hours and travel around the world
Bachelor or Master in Business administration, logistics or equivalent experience.
