Visimind provides high technology services for the infrastructure owners such as power lines, Road authorities, etc. We prevent disasters, improve documentation systems and processes and we deliver maintenance services. Visimind is established in Scandinavia, Central Europe, and South Europe with offices in Sweden, Poland, Slovakia and Italy.

We are now looking for you as project assistant for our projects in Italy.
The new employee will support the project process from the planning phase until the delivery. The support will be mostly referred to our solutions. The work will include then frequent contact with the client for:
• Check technical and legal requirements
• Prepare technical reports
• Delivery and installation of Visimind property data
• Support with installation and maintenance of our software solutions
• Production Logistic on the field
• etc.

Requirements are:

1. Work experience in one of the following fields: engineering surveying, civil construction and design, physical urban planning.
2. Software knowledge: Basic AutoCAD and ArcGIS desktop knowledge (preferably supported by work experience), handling of Windows platforms (involves network administration), handling of data base solutions. Courses from university are not counted as knowledge of the software.
3. Availability to travel all over Europe and to possible transfers in Italy
4. Good knowledge of English (English is the company official language, you need to be able to express yourself with other people from other countries)
5. Master thesis in electronic/telecommunication/informatics engineering

You need to be committed and self-reliable, creative, self-motivate, and have the ability to solve the tasks without external help. Please provide cover letter, photo and CV completed with references.
Experience in programming and basic knowledge in Inertial navigation systems, GPS measurements and processing, laser scanning techniques, coordinate systems transformations and reference frameworks, urban physical planning are a plus.

You will be hired on an evaluation period of six months.
