https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VbldHPFltQQ You will be working closely with the Product Architect, Design Lead, Future Offer Manager and Project Manager, the Quality Leaders' mission is to ensure product development projects deliver what is promised to the customer reaching quality excellence in Offer Creation. The Quality Leader monitors the future offers in their portfolio and drives any actions required to ensure customer satisfaction. This particular position is responsible for the project quality and customer satisfaction of Fire detection systems, with a portfolio currently including fire panels and accessories.
Responsibilities & Key Tasks
Offer Quality
* Support the plant quality manager on any offer quality aspects, acting as a single point of contact between the Line of Business and the plant.
* Deploy best practices of Schneider Electric in terms of Offer and Project Quality for the Fire detection offer.
* Implement Schneider Electric quality processes for new and existing offers.
* Drive escalated quality issues on a cross-functional level applying problem solving methods.
