Project and Change Manager, IT Infrastructure/Oriola Corporation
to join our Information Management (IM) Operations team and take the responsibility of leading IT infrastructure related projects and develop the change management process both internal and with outsourcing partners in Oriola Group level.
The purpose of the position is to ensure Oriola Group's IT infrastructure is secure, simple and well working. You will work in an international team that delivers IT infrastructure services in Sweden and Finland to brands such as Kronans Apotek, Oriola, Svensk Dos, ICT Healthsupport, Pharmaservice and Farenta. As this position is new, the selected candidate will have great influence in shaping it.
Position is permanent and located either in Sweden, Stockholm Lindhagen, or Finland, Espoo Mankkaa.
This position entails a broad range of responsibilities including the following tasks:
• Collecting user and stakeholder demands/requirements and transforming them into specifications
• Planning and management of IT infrastructure related development, integration (M&A), implementation and rollout projects from beginning to end
• Manage organisation's most complex change requests as "light projects"
• Develop and manage change management process and skills in IT infrastructure domain
• Our preferred candidate has:
• Capability to self-controlled work and utilizing outsourced external resources
• 3+ years of experience of IT projects and/or change management
• Broad understanding of how IT infrastructure works
• Hands on experience in Microsoft cloud services (Azure, Azure AD and O365) and vendor management and sourcing experience is a benefit
• Good skills in technical documentation and preparing presentations
• Willingness to travel in the Nordics
