This management includes writing reports, organizing partners, constructing applications and a bunch of creative thinking. You will be working closely with me (Robert - COO) in both crafting project applications, managing project partners as well as reporting and execution of the projects. As an early employee at Vultus, you will gain significant responsibilities and have the opportunity to learn new skills and grow with the company. Furthermore, it presents an opportunity to gain equity in the company and significant authority over the direction the company will take.
The responsibilities include the following:
• Search for new application areas of Vultus technology
• Draft project applications
• Create and organize consortiums of organizations for projects
• Perform project reporting
• Handle project accounting and provide documents to our accountant

Vultus mission is to eliminate waste in farming, by offering satellite based fertilizer prescriptions. Vultus helps farmers save 40% of fertilizers to increase profits and reduce pollution. Currently, we reach out to equivalent of double Sweden's growing area.
Team
Our team consists of seven employees, about half the team working with software and GIS, half the team working with business and management. We are proud to foster a culture of openness and transparency, as well as compassion for our co-workers. The team is diverse, multidisciplinary and most of all, a warm group of compassionate members on a mission to eliminate waste in farming. The startup work environment is both relaxing with fun activities, inspiring tasks and bean bags, but also in many ways stressful, as we need to grow at a quick pace and perform at a high rate. We wish to continue fostering a strong culture of compassion and trust, therefore, we will prioritize applicants that fit us culturally.
