Oriflame is looking for a highly driven graduate that is prepared to take on a temporary challenge of project analyst. The purpose of the GDC Global Solution is to harmonize solution requirements across Oriflame?s GDC landscape with the objective of creating one global integrated platform which will be rolled out in each facility. The project analyst will support the project, in areas such as process mapping, documentation and project portal management.
Typical tasks are:
• System and processes analysis, design and documentation
• Documentation of the solution and processes
• Some new solution prototyping may be necessary
• Manage the specific project portal ensuring that all documentation is correct and available to core team members.
For this role you need to have an exceptional drive, passion, creativity and initiative. You are a person who always strives to deliver and to make a difference. You should have an appropriate university degree, ideally a master degree in engineering or process management. You have a technical/process background as the job involves process mapping, based in the Project Department. Additional languages, beside English and Swedish, are a plus.
