• Creating, updating, closing wbs-elements in SAP system due to requests send by project leaders as well as self-initiated for clean-up purpose.
• Maintaining the wbs-elements following certain mapping logic should providing the quality of the data to be used for monthly Qlikview reports as IT spend report as well as Project spend report. Important to sets activity type, CAT4 for projects, cost centers due to budget allocation as well as certain letter-number combination.
• Supporting organization in questions related to time reporting, providing project follow up reports, cross border cooperation, invoices.
• Löpande räkning project invoicing, handling invoice suggestion, taking reports of unhandled suggestions, remind project leaders about that and helping handle suggestions for them.
• Following non- invoiced projects
• Making manual journal vouchers for invoicing of projects to the companies (18 ?customers)
• Preparing manual invoice basis for projects which cost are key out to several companies (IT4IT, using the BIO SF key), manually processing the data using reports from Qlik and SAP, excluding and including overhead costs.
• Creating invoices orders for automatic LR and FP invoicing, registration of invoicing plans for FP in SAP
• Remapping activities of wbs-structure in SAP related to organizational changes or due to new requirements (new reports, new activities etc).
• Quality assurance partner for bigger international projects (NGC and cross border projects).
Reporting:
• Prepare monthly wbs-list for Qlik IT Spend and Project Spend reports, correct/complete missing mappings
Local Authorization Expert (Sap KIS Key user in 1002)
• Maintain over 500 users in Sap for 1002
• Quarterly consultants extensions (150 consultants)
• User move from one company to another
• Ordering Roll packages for new comers (employees or consultants)
• Closing users
• Reopen user s that blocks after 60 days being non-active
• Store and secure documentation regarding all user changes, send incidents to CUA regarding all user changes and follow them up
• Support organization in questions related to authorizations roles and processes
• Going through HR workflow mails to take actions based on info presented there
• Approval levels and specific roles requires certain attention and documented approvals
• Yearly review 1-2 month ? tasks for one full time employee requires due to work volume as well as huge luck of HR related data (no or wrong manager data for users that requires time and ?detective? skills):
• update the list of all the required fields on all lines before it is sent for approval (find respective user manager)
• review the user list and recommend actions to the users manager
• update the list with all information after approval
• secure all documentation regarding yearly review on Livelink
