We are looking for a Project Administrator to join us in our ambition to focus on delivering projects in a best way with highest quality utilising Icomera's products and solutions.

This is a Customer project based role, where your responsibilities will be to together with Project Managers and Project Engineers take the concept solution and proposal from the Sales team and work out the fulfilment of Customer contract including, among other activities, handling structure of project documentation, delivery planning and financial project follow up. This role requires project administrator with good understanding of working in a project and in the areas of Information Technology.

Main responsibilities will include:

• Support fulfilment of Customer Contract
• Administrate project documentation as Project Brief, Project Specification, Delivery Schedule and Project Report
• Compile project financial follow up and reporting
• Assist with Customer Project Resource management
• Work together with Icomera Supply to create and follow up Customer order
• Plan and support Project Manager with Customer Acceptance Test and First Article Inspections
• Support with Handover finalized projects to Technical Account Manager and Icomera Support unit
• Continuously engaged with improved ways of working
• Assist the sales team in Project related matters.

The right candidate will need to be able to operate with little supervision and be able to develop the role further. This a fast paced environment which requires someone who is comfortable in change and adapting to meet the goals of the business. The role will require some ability to planned travel.

We believe you:

• Have relevant training and experience of project finance set up
• Have good experience from working in Project

PRINCE2 practitioner status or similar is considered to be an advantage
