For our customer we are looking for a Programme Test Manager.

Job description:

Manage the overall test activities in the programme.
• Agree on an program acceptance test strategy together with supplier.
• Create acceptance test-plans together with the projects
• Deliver advice on approval of delivered services.
• Coordinate test activities across the programme.
• Support the projects in planning and execution of acceptance tests.

Ensure that the client only accept the deliverables from the supplier if they are in agreed quality.
• Implement a common acceptance test approach across the programme
• Gather the required input from the client (regarding test-issues on programme level - not project specific issues)
• Support the project managers in planning and execution of acceptance tests
• Secure a comprehensive and testable set of acceptance criteria (together with the projecs)
• Review Service Readiness Reports (Test reports) from suppliers
• Deliver inputs from a test perspective on change requests
• Deliver advice on approval of the delivered services.

Required skills:
• long experience as test manager
• similar projects
• experience from multi-national project

Experience: 10+ years
Location: Stockholm, Sweden
Expected travel: Up to 20%
Work load: 100%
Working language: English - Fluent
