Description
Do you want to manage our Future Talent Programme? Are you interested in people and their development and do you have excellent organizational and planning skills? Maybe you also enjoy building relations all over the organization. Then you might be just the one we are looking for?

Your role will be to prepare and manage graduate development programmes for Tetra Pak in Sweden. You will be an important person for our future talents during their programme.

You will participate and be involved in assessments of talents in the recruiting process, plan induction phase, define content of rotations and follow up on the Individual development plan. You will also work proactively both with the HR Business Partner and the Business to identify future needs of competences, and by being up to date on youth job trends.

This is a temporary position for 12 months, starting in the beginning of summer 2017. You will report to HR Manager - People Development and Learning and be part of HR Service Centre in Lund.


Main responsibilities
• Preparation of line organization to take on graduates
• Support Line Manager with candidate profiling and required competences
• Support Line Managers with completion of student's individual development plan
• Work together with HR experts globally and locally on continues improvement of program content and delivery
• Working with HR experts and communications team to help and strengthen the Employer Value Proposition


Qualifications
To be successful in this position you need to be a person that likes to take on new challenges. You have strong interpersonal ability and navigate easily among stakeholders. You have excellent organizational and planning skills. You have integrity, are trustworthy and used to work with high service standard combined with strong ownership of your area of expertise.

You have obtained at least 3 years experience from driving projects or larger initiatives in a large company involving many stakeholders.

You have preferably worked within recruitment, people development or equivalent but most importantly you have a genuine interest in people and their development.

You have a University degree. Very good command of English, both written and verbal is required.
