Programme Manager Anti-Sublimation Technology
Part of Alstom Power Systems, the Environmental Control Systems (ECS) business is the world's leading supplier of air pollution control systems for the treatment of exhaust gases from both factories and power plants. It provides a broad range of emissions control technologies, contributing to reduce the environmental impact of our customers' installations. The global task of reducing CO2 emissions is challenge of a new dimension, which Alstom faced by creating a dedicated CO2 task force the mission of which is the development of cutting edge technology for the capture of CO2 from flue gases. Strengthen our team in Växjö, Sweden as the Programme Manager for our Anti- Sublimation technology for CO2 capture. As a Progamme Manager, you report directly to the Director Technology & Design CO2.
Your tasks:
Responsible for executing the Anti- Sublimation product development programme with focus on time, quality and safety. . Identification of required validation activities together with the technology and validation managers. . Interfacing with the Design Development team, coordination and clarification of design issues. . Overall R& D programme budgets and schedule. . Preparation and coordination of the pilot & demo plant operation & operation schedule, incorporating the validation activities as per the validation plan. . Coordination of IP- related activities (participation in patent meetings etc.) . Responsible for coherence of the development programme with Alstoms internal processes for product development quality assurance (TDQ and NPI/PDQ).
Your profile:
Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering is required. . Minimum 10 years experience in technology research and engineering in the gas, syngas or refrigeration industry. Experience in Liquefied Natural Gas Plats and/or Air Separation a plus. . Minimum 5 years experience in guiding an international research team in an international context.
Experience in conducting a large and complex technology development programme. .
