The Digital Solutions Development program is empowered to lead and drive the development of digital products, and of a digital and integrated platform translating the company and business strategy goals into business solutions in the areas of
Quality and End to End traceability Solutions and Connected Package
Customers' Industrial Performance improvements
Customers' Production Operations execution and optimisation
The program is organized in 4 main development streams in the above different areas and you will lead one of those.
What you will do
As a Programme Manager you will lead one of the main development streams of the Digital Solutions Development Programme, ensuring a high efficiency in delivering the solutions in scope of the program assigned to you. We are working in an agile set-up and you will work close to architects and product management to secure value and quality of our deliverables.
You will facilitate the PI planning, demo and drive for continuous improvement. In this role, you will report to the Director Digital Solutions Development Programme and be part of programme management extended team. Most important in this role is to make sure we deliver to our customers and market companies and you will work closely with them.
Key stakeholders for this role are D&E; PSE; PSCO, Suppliers and external partners in the area of SW development and MES applications.
Main responsibilities
You will lead a cross functional team with the main responsibility of the lifecycle and of the new development of digital solutions for customers' production management applications.
Securing that the delivery runs smooth and that all teams have what they need to deliver value.
Particularly you will be responsible to deliver products and solutions within the program, being accountable for quality, cost, time to market of developed solutions as well as management of full product life-cycle '
You will use metrics and inspect and adapt to continuously improve execution to secure value and quality of developed solutions in all parts of the life-cycle.
You will engage in the agile transformation of Tetra Pak.
You will drive continuous improvement of program management capabilities, development execution within and agile framework of your team
You will be based in Lund, Sweden, but you will work in a global arena.
Who you are
We believe that you are a person with a strong drive for results and a lean-agile mindset. To build and maintain successful relations with stakeholders comes natural to you. You have excellent communications skills and the ability to deal with ambiguity & continuous change.
You have a M.Sc. in Engineering, preferably you also have experience from Automation/Digitalisation.
You have a solid project management or agile product development experience (at least 7 years), preferable from the Food Industry, PMI or SAFe certification is considered a merit. You have experience with SW development Agile methodologies, and basics of SW architectural design principles.
You also have experience in driving change initiatives and manage customers and stakeholders.
A very good command of English, both written and oral is required.
