We are looking for an enthusiastic and data-driven person to join our team of Performance Marketing Specialists in Stockholm. Telenor Sweden is rapidly heading towards the digital future and we are looking for people with a natural proactive drive who wants to make a difference.
What you'll do
As our Programmatic Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, activating, executing and optimizing programmatic campaigns together with our in-house marketing teams. You will be a part of a cross-functional marketing squad and represent the digital media team along with your fellow media buying specialists. You will lead negotiations with publishers and SSP's to secure favorable private marketplace and guaranteed deals, and you will be first point of contact with our DSP partners, develop our buying strategies and identify new opportunities.
Who are you
You have 3-5 years of performance marketing experience and have been working closely with, or at a media agency, DSP or an advertiser with programmatic advertising for at least 1-2 years. You always strive to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of your marketing campaigns and continuously explore new and innovative ways to reach the heart of the customer.
You have a sharp strategic mind-set but also love to be working hands-on in your favorite digital marketing tools. You are intellectually motivated by programmatic, RTB, automation, industry disruption and all kinds of biddable performance-based media.
You are passionate about marketing, have a good understanding of customer journeys and have a solid track record of achieving great campaign results. You are also a team player who likes optimizing ads and iterate ideas together with content creators, setup analytics dashboards together with web analysts and share your work success to other stakeholders in your organization. To give and receive feedback is natural for you, and you have a 'go-getter attitude'.
