We are looking for you who's passionate for digital campaigns, an operational expert within the display and OLV area.

Let us describe the challenge we offer

Our Digital Media, Marketing, & Analytics (DIGMA) team are taking a long-term scope supporting our own global markets. We are therefore now looking for another Programmatic Expert, to replace one of our highly skilled consultants for a long-term employment.

The main focus of this role will be to drive in quality traffic to our digital touchpoints through display, programmatic and online video in our markets, whilst maximizing the outcome towards set targets.

This position is located at our HQ in Gothenburg, Sweden. We understand that work life balance isn't easy, and of course welcome our emplyees to work flexible hours and from home a couple of days per week if needed. We believe in empowerment.

What you'll do

In this operational role, you will set up and manage campaigns, continuously analyzing and optimizing the outcome, as well as acting as a subject matter expert and support to all our internal stakeholders and markets in all matters concerning display and online video advertising. This includes helping with screening media suggestions to ensure they are according to standard and aligned with our media foundations.

You will also be responsible for proactively driving results forward within your channel, take lead on A/B testing and constantly looking for new ways to improve and innovate to increase global effectiveness.

For example you will:

• Secure delivery, quality and follow-up of said campaigns
• On a regular basis you will be meeting with vendors and assessing new vendor or partner opportunities. This includes for example providing ongoing assessment of market practice with recommendations for improvement.
• Information sharing about new learnings, creating cases and holding presentations
• Develop guidelines and best practices within Display & OLV by tracking setup and naming conventions to ensure they are being followed
• Ongoing strategic work to develop your channel to meet overarching business goals, in close collaboration with colleagues and our markets

Who you are

To be successful in this role, we believe you have:

• System knowledge in AdServing, trafficking and campaign setup (e.g. Google Campaign Manager) and DSP/biddable platform (e.g. DV360)
• 2-4 years working experience in similar position either in-house or agency
• Relevant education within Digital Marketing
• Basic knowledge and familiar with GDPR

It is meritorious, not a requirement, if you have been working with:

• Creative Management Platform (e.g. Bannerflow, AdLayer)
• Google Studio, Google Analytics/GA360, Google Ads/Facebook Ads
• Ad Verification e.g. IAS
• An international work environment
