We currently have the following job opening;
Program SQE
You will be part of a new PSQE team within the Quality department of CEVT, that will ensure the interface between the R&D organization, the Cluster Leader and the Site SQE team within CEVT, Geely and Volvo Cars organizations; assuring communication of program needs. In this role you will lead the process to identify and notify priority suppliers, including the focus lists from Lynk & Co manufacturing plants. You will coordinate and participate in early program sourcing activities, APQP/PPAP activities and communicate program requirements to appropriate stakeholders. Your role will also include managing supplier quality issues during program build events, participating in cross-functional meetings and communicate status of supplier preparation and approval activities. As Program SQE you are supporting plant vehicle/engine launches, re-planning PSW plan dates as well as driving implementations of lessons learned from previous programs and develop program SQE processes tools and IT systems.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement work plans to align supplier and site organization resources to the project timeline.
- Achieve 100% supplier status reporting, monthly.
- Achieve 100% supplier Corrective Action Reports for any "Yellow" or "Red" deliverable and ensuring all "Yellow" and "Red" status actions have timely actions and plans for improvement.
- Achieve 100% PSW reporting timely at required program gate.
- Complete periodic status reports and periodic gate reports in support of project timeline With management support, maintain training history, assessment, and plan.
- To issue and apply for a program specific TPD (Temporary Part Deviation).
- Re-planning of PPAP planned dates.
- Summarize and present total program status and makes SQE milestone recommendation.
- Takes responsibility to achieve all PSQE identified objectives
Requirements
- BSc. in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or similar.
- Good analytical and continuous improvement skills (Six Sigma / Lean).
- Good project management skills includeing milestone & gateways.
- Good skills in Quality processes (APQP and PAPP).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English, oral and written.
