What we offer
You will be part of department Vehicle Propulsion Program Office at Project and Quality. The planning and coordination team control the planning of deliveries and activities in the projects for all Vehicle Propulsion programs. We lead the planning together with the SPE (Solution Program Engineer) and the program team.
We review the timing for deliveries and actions so we get a logical plan and deliveries in time.

What you'll do
Program Planner & Coordinator will be responsible for concept and Industrialization project planning within unit and support project leader with coordination and implementation of unit deliveries in all project phases.
You will create and define the need of time plans in the decided planning tools, contribute with planning knowledge within the organization, analyzes the time situation and acts proactively to identify and manage possible future deviations.
You will also contribute to process development within the product development process.
You and your skills
You have a University degree or similar competence level achieved through working experience, knowledge of technical development process work in projects and a good knowledge of project planning.
You have leadership attributes qualities and are proficient in English, both spoken and written
On a personal level
You have well-developed communication, planning and coordination skills, are driven, structured and analytical.
It is important that you have a strong ability for teamwork as well as drive tasks independently, ability to operate in a frequently changing environment - both in terms of technology, strategies and business set-up. You also need to have confidence to act in an international environment.
