We currently have the following job opening;
Program Office Manager ME
As the ME System Manager Top Hat within ME Trim and car final you are responsible for CEVT developed products. You will have responsibility for managing the resources and coordinate the deliverables for the ME project team.
Responsibilities and tasks
• Coordinate cross-functional or global meetings as chairman or facilitator for ME related business.
• Involved in operational development tasks from CEVT or ME Unit level.
• Take responsibility for ME related process setting and way of working.
• Lead or support task for Issue Tracking and Part Change Request Process, and make improvements in IT system.
• Coordinate or drive ME related IT issues (TeamCenter, CATIA, Process Simulate, Line builder System, Data Transfer, EBOM/MBOM,etc).
• Involved for ME Project planning to align the projects timing, allocate resource, or improve ME activities.
• Support ME functional teams for program gate status and KPI reporting.
• Keep flexibility to support ad-hoc project in ME or minimum level of administrative tasks.
Requirements
• University degree or similar in Engineering.
• Experience in R&D or Manufacturing from automotive industry.
• Understanding of vehicle development process.
Ability to drive, present ideas and motivate the team. Ability to lead and make decisions in a changing environment.
• Good communication and presentation skill.
• Written and oral language skill in English (Swedish or Chinese is merit).
Cultural awareness, especially Asian – European culture Ability to develop and apply solutions to complex problems Creative problem solving skills
