Your role
To better suite and adapt to our future we are changing and increasing our current organization and our ways to execute business and developing products. We are therefore looking for a program manager to our new Program and Project department at Business unit Underwater Systems.
As a member of the department Program & Project, you will participate in developing our ways to execute business and managing projects and further increase success in a changing and expansive phase. You will work with several parts of our organization such as Customer support, Engineering & Development, Product management, Production and Sourcing, finance as well as external stakeholders.
As the Program Manager your main tasks will be:

Manage a group of contracts/projects and business tasks, over time, with a common strategic benefit or value objective for the organization
*
Ensures realization of contracts and developments by managing and coordinating ongoing and planned projects that have interrelationships and dependencies
*
Focus on the delivery of strategic outputs to benefit the entire area
*
Have an overview of execution capacity over time within the area
*
Ownership over contracts
*
prioritize between contract/development executions within the area
*
Leading a team containing representatives from Product, Finance, Marketing & Sales, Quality, Customer Support, Engineering & Development, Procurement and Production
Your profile
We are looking for someone who has previous experience in leading roles. Your leadership style is highly communicative, collaborative and promotes an open, trustful and encouraging work environment. We put great emphasis on personal characteristics and we believe that you are engaged, driven and have the ability to motivate and enthuse your surroundings. You are a confident communicator in both Swedish and English and you easily share information in a clear and relevant manner, both verbally and in writing.
As a manager you will need to possess strong business acumen by understanding the execute business management impact on business success. You will focus on achieving results through a team effort and contribute to the BU's overall strategy.
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
