We are looking for a Program Managerto ourCustomer Delivery who will be accountable for the deliveries towards WirelessCar customers.
What is in it for you?
You will be responsible for the complete delivery and quality of the full life-cycle to one or several of WirelessCar customers, aligning the program objectives with WirelessCars objectives, vision and mission.
In close collaboration with Key Account Management, Product Management and Line Management you will be responsible to ensure that the customer solution works according to business agreements for programs up to the size of 100+ MSEK and you will be an active and integral part of the daily work to constantly ensure good customer contact and life cycle management of the delivered services.
To your help you have the Customer Program Teams using the adapted SAFe model WirelessCar Way of Working.
You will report to the Manager of Customer Delivery.
Main responsibilities;
Fulfilment of committed deliveries and agreed customer agreements
Overall quality and performance of the solution and deliveries
Develop and communicate program visions and roadmaps
Establish and maintain strong relationship with customer stakeholders
Develop and lead the customer program leadership team
Accountable for the total cost in dialogue with the Key Account Manager
Jointly responsible for actively developing the customer business in close cooperation with the Key Account Manager.
We believe that you have experience of leadership, program management, business development, software and agile development.
Experience from the automotive industry and especially from automotive connectivity will be regarded as very positive.
