We are looking for an experienced and professional Program Manager who will be responsible for Jeppesen Systems' largest project ever. You will be responsible for the development and the roll-out of Jeppesen's software solutions at one of world's largest airlines. The program has started in 2008 and has multiple deliveries with planned end in late 2015. The position is located at Jeppesen's office in Göteborg. As a Program Manager you will work in close cooperation with different divisions at Jeppesen both in Göteborg and world-wide.
Qualifications:
We believe that you have experience and a strong track record from successfully managing development and implementation of large international projects, preferably of advanced software products. You have minimum 10 years of project management experience and experience from leading large multi-cultural teams in a customer-centric environment. You have strong leadership and coaching skills and are comfortable with "leading the leaders". You have PM certification (PMP or IPMA required), financial knowledge and are used to work with iterative and agile project methods such as RUP, Agile, Scrum or similar. You have good communication and collaboration skills, are result oriented and have the ability to work in cross-functional teams. Fluency in English, spoken and written is a must, other languages are an asset. International travelling is required.
