Therefore, we are looking for a Program Manager to our growing team within Retail Enterprise Services!The role as a Program ManagerIn this role you will be responsible of projects regarding the development of the POS-solution Fujitsu Market Place that we provide to our global customers. You will lead and guide a global team of developers, and keep a close contact with both the customer as well as the organization in Fujitsu. The position offers a big variation of different tasks and responsibilities, for example implementing strategies over time, budget, training, change management, negotiation, follow-up and support. You will also be responsible for workshops, follow-up on budget and costs and take on the overall responsibility for the projects, from the start to the end. In this position, you will truly work in the core business of the customer, and manage business critical information and tasks every day, in order to ensure high-class deliveries.Key Responsibilities: * Drive and lead agile projects within software development regarding Retail and POS-solution* Negotiation, coordination, change management, follow-up and planning* Develop and implement strategies and methods* Work close with the core business of the customer with steering and guidance in frequent interaction with the development team. Who are you?In this position, we are looking for a person who have significant experience within Project/Program Management and Retail or POS, alternatively that you have previously worked with ERP and Business Processes. You have experience from agile leadership and an understanding for software development and the business logic around it, as well for how to build effective, long-term relationships and strategies.
