In the Group Sourcing organization we are building a strong culture of ethics and compliance. Responsible Sourcing is an important part of this framework with the responsibility to manage the social, ethical, environmental and human rights impacts in our supply chain.

Our Responsible Sourcing team's purpose is to Drive Sustainability Improvements in the Supplier Ecosystem and shaping a better World and the vision is to Create competitive advantage by enabling a sustainable future through world class Responsible Sourcing.

As Program Manager, Environment you will report to Head of Responsible Sourcing and be part of the team of 8-10 people and you also have a chance to influence to other Responsible Sourcing areas than Environment.

The primary interfaces for this position include Sourcing roles and organization, Group Function Sustainability and Corporate Responsibility (S&CR), BA Networks Sustainability, Supply organization, Suppliers and Customers.

What you will do
Drive Climate Action program: 350 suppliers (90% of supply chain emissions) aligned with 1.5 degree ambition & Carbon emission data collection from suppliers (process, tool, operation)
Risk Driver for Environment part
Develop supplier performance management, supplier onboarding, supplier requirements and code of conduct regarding Environment. Environmental Sustainability embedded to whole lifecycle management of suppliers + to category strategies
Own and drive Environment area of Responsible Sourcing strategy & roadmap including digitalization. KPIs and targets development. Develop other environmental initiatives. E.g. biodiversity loss, water usage, energy usage, waste management, circularity, etc.
Collaborate with 3rd party organizations, NGOs and other companies and develop and carry out trainings internally and externally
Follow up the legal framework and related requirements and follow up the supply chain environmental area development across industries


You will bring
Minimum 5 years of experience coming from one of the following: Sourcing, Supply Chain Management or Environmental management
Strong demonstrated leadership skills
Excellent project management skills
Outstanding interpersonal, communication skills and ability to build networks
Ability to influence internal and external partners and drive objective decision making
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
Knowledge of ICT industry would be an asset
