Aftermarket Technology provides Volvo Trucks, Renault Trucks, Mack Trucks, UD Trucks, VECV and partly Volvo Construction Equipment, Volvo Bus, and Volvo Penta with the best possible solutions supporting their aftermarket business. Thanks to our deep technical, business, and customer knowledge, we deliver solutions and services for the salespeople, the mechanics, and parts personnel at dealerships and other service points such as Spare Parts Assortment, Parts Information, Diagnostics and Repair Information, Service Planning and supporting systems solutions and tools. In Aftermarket Technology, we aim to ensure that Volvo Group Truck vehicles can easily be maintained to guarantee uptime. Aftermarket Technology teams are working close to engineering functions as well as to end customers and are located in Hagerstown, Greensboro, Lyon, Gothenburg, Curitiba, and Bangalore.

The future of Vehicle diagnostics is about to take a giant leap forward. In this role you will be part of leading the change journey to become even more data driven utilizing advancement in connected car technology and AI-driven diagnostics. Our aim is to secure customer loyalty and uptime through correct and early decision making. We aim to predict our customers' needs before they arise and by using data insights, we optimize fault tracing and customer feedback resolutions. What you will do
As Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating multiple projects/products and contributing to the overall success of our department. In close collaboration with our Product Managers/Owners, your focus will be ensuring our roadmap, plans and risks are executed effectively and get delivered on time with quality. Together with the Diagnostics Data Engineering Global Leadership team as well as sites teams you will assure that the projects are aligned with the organization's goals.
The daily operations are carried out by collaborating closely with Engineering Managers, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters. You will be work with:
Ensuring our roadmap and plans are executed effectively and get delivered on time with quality
Ensuring the daily planning and execution of department deliveries. Adapt swiftly to changing project scopes and objectives, maintaining productivity and morale in high-paced situations.
Ensuring that projects are completed effectively and on time
Taking ownership of identifying, addressing, mitigating, and solving risks
Facilitate the smooth execution of Agile / DVP frameworks, ensuring effective communication across teams.
Optimizing the flow of value from multiple teams within and between release trains.
Negotiate effectively to find balanced solutions that meet the diverse needs of stakeholders and team members.
Support Products Owners/Managers handshaking dependencies with other ART 's, streams and suppliers
Facilitate PI (Program Increment) plannings, plan other key agile ceremonies and communicate successfully across different teams
Who are you?

The ideal candidate will embody a servant leadership approach, championing the growth and well-being of our team members while steering our projects towards customer success with integrity and a shared vision.
You have a Bachelor/master's degree in Mechatronics/Computer Science/Data Engineering with proven experience in leading teams/projects. If you also have Diagnostic automotive domain experience that is a big advantage.
