The role
We are looking for a Program Manager that are responsible for execution of the Connected Services Acceleration Initiative (CSAI). The CSAI is responsible for developing and launching a program of several connectivity projects and connected services initiatives.
As a Program Manager, you will have a high-level view of the program and strategically guide project managers to ensure they are all working effectively toward the program's objective. You are responsible for leading the complete program in such a way that technical and commercial targets as well as strategically objectives are achieved.
The CSAI Program Manager reports to the head of Project Management.

Key Responsibilities
As CSAI Program Manager you will have the following key responsibilities:
Secure a synchronized plan of milestones & deliverables
Secure that total resource & competence need is assessed and optimize resource utilization between projects / work streams
Manage risks and actively work with risk mitigation
Providing strategic guidance to the individual Project Managers
Facilitating communication among a program's cross-functional team
Reporting and communicating in the Steering Committee, Decision Bodies and other stakeholders
Secure optimal way of working
Who are you?
Proven capability of managing complex projects or programs with high business impact
High ability to lead, coordinate and motivate team members
Excellent communication and presentation skills. You can easily reach across functions processes and organization when needed
Project management experience from Volvo Group is a beneficial merit
We believe you have a University degree as the basis for your career
