hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Spotify AB i Stockholm We are looking for an individual with an engineering background who wants to join Spotify's Global Strategy Operations team.
What you'll do
You will continuously assess the ways we are doing things at Spotify and identify barriers for execution on an organizational level.
You will develop our insights and data on the company's effectiveness and bring a holistic perspective to the data and insights we have today.
You will apply your critical thinking and bring new ideas to how we can improve the company's effectiveness.
You will lead and implement initiatives that tweak the way we are doing things and improve the company's effectiveness.
You will recommend solutions that are simple for the user (e.g. Spotify employees) and yet encompass the complexity of running a company.
You will work iteratively by setting out data and insights driven hypotheses and recommendations that can be tested, piloted and learned from.
You will be a spokesperson for the team to foster communication and collaboration between our team and other functional teams, program leaders and our senior leadership.
You will build and nurture strong networks within Spotify to make our operations world-class.
Who you are
5-10+ years of experience working with transformation, change management or organizational effectiveness in a medium to large tech company.
You have an engineering background and you are a passionate problem solver with an agile mindset and have a track record of creating environments that help people do meaningful work.You have a roll-up-your-sleeves mindset; no task is too big or too small.
You are curious and knowledgeable about operating models, technologies and the characteristic business challenges for R&D heavy companies, and you can take that theory into practice.
You think, act and communicate clearly and confidently with your team members and stakeholders across the company.
You have demonstrable experience of working on critical, highly visible projects and thriving even when given a short timeline.
You learn quickly and help your team to do so too.
You care deeply about organizational effectiveness.
You "work out loud", making your work-in-progress visible and receptive to constant feedback.
Fluent in English, both oral and written.
