hela Sverige DWT Consulting is a smaller consulting company that is currently expanding. DWT has its customers mainly in Stockholm, but also in Gothenburg and Malmö. We work with both authorities and private actors.
Uppdragsbeskrivning
The Program Manager (PM) is responsible for leading teams to deliver the Program that span across several business units. Manage resources, scope, schedules, financials and adhere to milestones, methods, and guidelines. This also includes management of issues, risks, and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery. You will also keep track of the budget, project status on a managerial and operational level, and also prepare official reporting. In addition, you keep to structure on complex tasks and handle multi suppliers, and you can prepare, structure, and follow-up on Program meetings.
PM manage our clients project team and have PMO resources to assist in handling part of PM activities. The current program consists of 5 sub projects and 12 streams with combined teams from our client and System Implementation partner.
You have several years of experience working as a Program Manager for large transition Programs, within ERP context is a merit.
Being able to master both Swedish and English in speech and writing is a requirement.
Responsibilities:
Manage project scope and changes
Set and continually manage project and program expectations
Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel
Monitor, track and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies and critical path deliverables
Develop and deliver progress reports and presentations to various audiences, including project team, sponsors and key stakeholders
Deliver appropriate and effective executive level communication
Close collaboration with Business and Project Managers.
Report on project success criteria results, metrics, test and deployment management activities
Participate in establishing and govern practices, plans, policies, tools and partnerships
Manage the day-to-day project activities and resources and chair the project management team meetings
Manage coordination with other strategic initiatives
Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across leadership
Understand interdependencies between technology, operations and business needs
Competence requirement:
Have a business and customer-oriented mindset and are skilful in managing many stakeholders.
Proven track record of PMO responsibility within larger Programs.
A solid understanding of PMO within ERP context is a merit.
Experienced in working with planning, risks, quality and change request processes
Experienced in working with Program methodology
Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization.
Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others.
Strong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills including the ability to lead up, across and down multiple business and technology organizations
Build and maintain relationships by engaging business leaders to establish credibility, solve problems, build consensus and achieve objectives
Strong experience presenting to executive sponsors and demonstrated communication skills, both written and oral with technical and non-technical staff, all levels of management
Flexible with proven ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Proven success in providing on site leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones
Technical environment:
SAP S/4 Hana for Retail including (selection) SAP Customer Activity Repository (CAR), SAP Business Warehouse, SAP Master Data Governance and SAP Analytics
Integration platform consist of SAP PO/PI, Microsoft Biztalk and Microsoft API Management.
Intrastructure platform consts of SAP Hana Enterprise Cloud (HEC), SAP Cloud Platform and Microsoft Azure
