WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead, develop, and execute the project/program management strategy for complex vehicle program, from initial design to manufacturing launch.
Collaborate across the organization from design & engineering to supply chain & planning, from manufacturing & delivery, to marketing & sales to enable open communication and data-driven decisions.
Establish clear ownership and responsible individuals and teams for all aspects of the product lifecycle.
Lead executive decision-making discussions by understanding & communicating challenges, presenting clear solutions & choices, and driving decisions with quantified risks from all affected parties.
WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE
5+ years of experience specifying, designing, quantifying, integrating, validating, and launching complex products to global markets
Experience with automotive, consumer electronics, consumer goods, or other relevant industries and products is a plus.
Experience with cross-functional engineering, supply chain, and/or manufacturing environments and the principles & tools for managing these environments effectively
