hela Sverige Looking for a Program Manager to handle all aspects of our Electrical harness business.
What you will do:
Manage all aspects of Electrical Program Management, to ensure Programs performance meets or exceeds all forecasted elements of the budget while support regional PM team to execute key strategic actions to meet Long Range Plan objectives. Ensure that projects are launched on time within budget parameters. Achieve flawless launch execution while driving platform profitability.
More specific:
Conclusion of customer Statement Of Work (SOW)
Lead launch reviews, customer meetings, issue resolution (such as Change Management) and Lear Program Management Process (LPMP) control of all associated internal departments.
Regular liaison on reviews with manufacturing facility and its' nominated suppliers.
Lead the program team to deliver timing, Advanced Program Review (APR) cost and product performance objectives.
To be the single point interface between customer and Lear, to be the champion of clarity of timely communication.
Resolve any obstacle to the success of the project by negotiation, elevation or alternative routes.
Control, track and report program status throughout the program life.
Define workload and resource requirements in conjunction with functional departmental managers to deliver the program.
Ensure that all relevant Lear procedures are followed when delivering the program.
Manage internal and external program action teams.
Manage Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), LPMP and launch review process.
To succeed you need proven experience from a similar position.
