Program Manager
LYNK & CO is seeking a Program Manager to lead the Program of Change for LYNK & CO core digital capabilities with initial focus on the Customer Engagement Platform.
As Program Manager you will be overall responsible for managing global implementation of LYNK & CO portfolio of digital capabilities. Initial focus will be to lead the program of change for the Customer Engagement Platform at LYNK & CO, including but not limited to responsibility for Strategic & Business Alignment, Business Requirements Management, Program Office & Project Portfolio Management, Change Management and Business Value Management.
As Program Manager for the Customer Engagement Platform you are given the opportunity to lead a team of passionate LYNK & CO:ers implementing the whole LYNK & CO commercial digital platform enabling customers to explore, configure, buy and own LYNK & CO cars and services. You are given the opportunity to be the hero for enabling customers to experience mobility and hassle free car ownership in a complete new way.
Moving ahead you will also be challenged to lead and ramp up a Program Office building the engine to power digital implementation across LYNK & CO globally.
You will report to the Global Director of Business Technology LYNK & CO.
You are a team player who thrive in a fast-paced, continuously changing, co:spirit environment.
The position is mainly based in Gothenburg Sweden at LYNK & CO HQ. The position includes global responsibility.

Profile and Background

- Cultural awareness, global/international experience
- Fluency in English - both oral and written
- Ability to travel
- Extensive experience as Program Manager for complex global Programs of Change
