The need for training is substantial and continues to increase across all industries. As a result, Hyper Island has grown exponentially during the last 20 years. We started off in the small city of Karlskrona then expanded to Stockholm, London, Manchester, Singapore, New York, and Sao Paolo. And we intend to grow much more.
• Facilitate, plan and organise the learning journey for the students of the assigned class. -project manage planning, execution and follow up of assigned learning concepts within Hyper Island Programs -Actively grow and maintain the network working with the Program To take an active role in the Programs Team and collaborate with the other Program Managers in various projects such as Cross Program workshops -Continuous work with budget, forecast and cost control. -Prepare for and perform quality assurance activities asked for by YH (the Agency for Advanced Higher Education -Participate in the process of applying and re-applying for new and current programs -Plan and lead the yearly Program Development process for the program
• Experience with educational leadership, operational management or equivalent -Experience in project management -Experience with educational authorities -Confidence in facilitating workshops, meetings, client deliveries, conferences, and other events -Grounded in the tools and the application of experience based learning -A genuine interest in digital/tech -Native/near native in English and Swedish written & verbal
