With your skills and passion, you get a genuine chance to support a well-established and market leading industrial player in successfully driving our business forward!Your mission - taking a leading role in building an exceptional EPMO function As Program Manager, you are a key player in the implementation of our EPMO function and in supporting the execution of our strategic initiatives and business transformation. An important part of your work is running the EPMO engine where we define and follow up on strategic initiatives. We do this in a knowledge-based and structured way to ensure that we become better at assessing business benefits, prioritize effectively and enable a more data driven organization. To support and drive selected initiatives, you act as a trusted sounding board and you collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders. You also inspire new and innovative ways of thinking, and by looking at external examples and providing an informed approach, you ensure quick iterations and valuable progress.In this position, you are based at one of our Sandvik Coromant Offices in Stockholm or Sandviken, and frequent travel is a natural part of the job.Your profile - a confident and influential business developer with senior strategic experienceWe are looking for someone with a relevant degree, such as in Business Administration or Finance, and with a solid background from working as a strategy consultant within larger corporations. You are a qualified business developer, with extensive experience of strategic transformation and project management, and you have broad knowledge of the tools and methods used in this line of work. As we are a truly global organization, you need excellent verbal and written skills in English.You are curious, entrepreneurial and self-motivated, and you utilize these drivers along with your analytical skills and strategic abilities to ensure success in our function. You are not afraid of challenging the organization, and by building confidence in decisions, you influence our stakeholders and establish a positive change culture.
