The offer
As Program Manager for Regulatory Data Delivery, you'll ensure that our Customer and Counterparty Program is able to meet the regulatory demands. You'll be responsible for providing project management expertise and organising activities required to ensure that compliance is achieved for multiple Regulations in 2018 across Customer and Counterparty organisation.
In Customer and Counterparty Unit, we are executing a multi-year transformation programme enabling Nordea to create a single source of Platform regarding Customer and Counterparty Data solutions as well as processes.
What you'll be doing:
• Manage the implementation of regulatory data delivery aspects to ensure full compliance with relevant regulations, processes and procedures
• Lead the project in a matrix organisation, coordinate and manage the comprehensive review of regulatory requirements, e.g. AML, GDPR etc., work prioritisation, dependencies / risk / issues / financial management, resourcing and their impact on CCD related practises and procedures
• Optimise resources across project to ensure delivery to agreed business plans within cost, quality and timescale objectives, and ensuring that the benefits identified in the business case can be realised
• Work across the CCD organisation to raise awareness and mentor CCD(P) staff involved in processing of requirements.

Your background:
• Strong PM track record, Level Excellent
• Solid knowledge of regulations
• Strong experience in Information Governance, Data Protection and Regulatory Change roles
• Significant practical experience of delivering large cross-organisational projects or programmes in an evolving organisation
