What you will do
Drive the execution strategy and scope for a CI/CD framework / platform to enable PDU software continuous integration (CI) and release for BCSS SA BOS products (SWPS unit)
Oversee, implement and control all aspects of the program and project portfolio, including overall financial responsibility, planning, establishment, governance, risk assessment and reporting
Identify and implement project delivery performance improvements, contributing to lower lead-time to value
Manage changes and/or amendments to the programs & projects during the entire lifecycle
Act as interface towards both all SA BOS internal stakeholders as well as towards BCSS central functions in the operational flow.
Be the first point of escalation for product development units
Ensure alignment to methods, processes and ways of working and contribute to continuous improvement
You will bring
10 + years' experience with ability to drive the soft issues too (people, diversity, competence, culture, ways of working), with proven experience as a delivery leader/manager with e2e responsibility (with front end/backend interface)
Experience as a Program/Delivery Manager or similar role with a software product development organization. Ericsson Project/Program Working Knowledge is of added advantage
An Agile believer! Experience of CICD/Agile/DevOps and automation
A "great teammate", working co-operatively and productively with others across a variety of domains, disciplines and locations
Excellent listening skills and ability to communicate complex architectures and insights in a clear, precise, and practical manner.
Capable of openly exchanging information and providing support for colleagues from around the organisation to achieve business goals
Ability to bring in a different perspective and influence senior leaders
Integrity to propose a direction even if uncomfortable
Positive energy and a passion for Cloud Software & Services and Digital transformation
Experience driving step by step progress and continuous improvement
Ability to drive agreement across the organization and enlist support from stakeholders across the organization
