IDP has a clear vision and strategy of how to become a highly performing purchasing organsiation. There are 2 major work streams, firstly to achieve the cost reduction target and secondly to build capability within the organization. IDP has identified an accumulated cost reduction target of 8BSEK to be reached by end of 2015.
IDP has set-up a program office organisation based in Gothenburg and consisting of 4 person that will plan, coordinate and ensure the execution of the plan according to the pre-defined activity plan.
Job Description:
The role is to support the work stream leaders (buyers, section leaders, etc.) in managing their cost reduction projects. The person will support the leaders buy providing them with secure facts and analytics that will enable them to complete sourcing projects.
This role is dynamic and cross functional with a global perspective and will provide the candidate with a unique insight and learning opportunity to a highly professional purchasing organisation.

Qualifications;
• Education on university level or equivalent experience
• Basic purchasing and strategic sourcing skills is an advantage
• Fluent in English, verbally and written

• Project management skills, milestone & gateways is advantage
