Koenigsegg continues to grow and we are looking for a Program Leader to join our team.
We work as part of an agile network of highly talented individuals, where the sum is greater than its parts. You will work with the most exciting automotive programs in existence today. Ideally, would be an individual with a great passion for people, cars and technology with good business acumen. The person needs to be a go-getter with the initiative and an inspiring drive to develop and cultivate his/her team. Needless to say, working in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial company must excite you.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Program Leader Automotive: lead and coordinate internal development efforts and capabilities to develop specific automotive models in the Koenigsegg roadmap
Operational leadership for high volume product: specifically for high volume products, core operations leadership and coordination for supply base, technology roadmap, and manufacturing alignment to achieve scale;
Coordinate business development opportunities in China for supply chain and for strategic collaboration opportunities;
Implement most cost effective systems and processes for highest possible throughput at most efficient structure;
Provide motivation, support and guidance to all employees;
Work closely with Group peer managers to ensure coordinated and synchronized delivery of milestones and to ensure a coordinated prioritization and delivery of top quality product on time and budget;
Skill Requirements
• Significant program leadership experience; with recognized qualification such as PMP or Prince 2;
• Strong management and leadership capabilities and experience;
• Understanding of safety and health norms;
• Business understanding to adhere to company business plan and goals;
• Familiarity with regulatory framework;
• Extensive communication skills with employees, peers and management;
Proficiency in Mandarin, reading, writing and speaking;
