Program Lead - Project assignment 12 months

Our aspiration at Epiroc is to produce the world's greenest machines, using the world's greenest cells, producing the world's greenest metals, doing our best for our planet. We are leading the charge towards sustainability in mining through battery-electric, zero-emission equipment.

Join our Team
We are now looking for a courageous leader, a collaborator, a person who can develop partnerships. Are you a person that thrives on leading change together with cross-functional teams with the mission to steer the productivity and sustainability transformation of our industry? Then this could be your next challenge!

You will be part of a team who dares to think new! We are changing how our industry is powered and we want to be a part of the solution to combat climate change by developing new and improved products and services.

This role will be a part of the Rocvolt organization and report to the Operations Manager.

Your mission
Your focus will be to safeguard our position as the global electrification leader in our business by ensuring alignment and progress in our collaboration with Northvolt. As Program Lead you will be responsible to ensure a smooth transition from current state as Project/Task force-driven to a stable line organization approach. You will act as Epiroc's partnership responsible for the Northvolt collaboration, with the united mission to simplify the transition to a safe and carbon-free mining and infrastructure industry. In the role you are also responsible for internal communication to ensure that the relevant Epiroc organizations are continuously updated.

Your profile
You have great interpersonal and communication skills that reflect your desire for collaboration. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and across borders motivates you. Your passion for change management mirrors your high drive to succeed.

As the role is conducted with responsibility and flexibility, you should be proactive, "hands-on", structured, and comfortable managing and embedding significant change. You have exceptional managerial and communicative skills with experience of organizational leadership, direct and/or indirect.

You have a Master degree in Business, Engineering or other relevant field, or similar competence developed through working experience. You have 10+ years of experience working with change management, project management, partnership development, or similar. As our corporate language is English, verbal and written communication skills in English are required.
