In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
• you excel in stakeholder management and you have great communications and coordination skills - both within the team and within the value stream
• track and follow up project progress and report
• manage and maintain the program budget
• create and publish steering and decision material
• coordinate and facilitate meetings and workshops
• setup and implement policies and procedures when needed.
What is needed in this role:
• minimum 3+ years of work experience as Project/Program manager and preferable with larger transformation programmes
• documented experience in Management Consultant from a well-established company
• experience in creating reports and decision material to senior management as well as presenting it
• excellent skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• self-sufficient with a doer mentality and with good planning & prioritising skills
• great communication & coordination skills
• fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
• you are solution orientated and known for being structured and efficient
• previous background in conducting and working with Customer due diligence is a plus
• previous experience in PEGA Client Lifecycle Mgmt is a plus
• finally, you should have the relevant university degree.
