About the job In the role as Program Coordinator you will ensure that programs that need coordination in line with the agile work within GLP and other Business Areas and Group Functions Value Streams are supported. You and your team will work closely with CPOs and cross-functional teams and will be setting our ways of working for program coordination.
What you need to succeed Your assignment is to ensure proper coordination and synchronization of larger deliveries that span over multiple Value Streams and Business Areas or Group Functions.
Responsibilities include support the cross functional teams with coordinating the deliveries from the various teams and Value Streams, coordinate testing and planning that spans over several teams for the program and ensure that the delivery plan is synchronized with the production releases.
Competence requirements:
Able to coordinate IT integration activities and testing across value streams
Structured, systematic, interest in details
Proven track record in managing large scale or critical business and IT programs
Business understanding to be able to coordinate activities and deliveries across Value Streams
Strong time, cost and dependency management abilities
Master agile way of working principles, SWAP and other relevant processes
Strong stakeholder management and scope management
Proficient English, spoken and written
Academic degree
