Fulbright Commission in Stockholm
The Fulbright Commission in Sweden is a small but dynamic team that works hard to promote the mission
of the Fulbright Program to increase mutual understanding through academic exchange between the United
States and Sweden. The Commission is now looking for a new team member, a Program Coordinator. This is
an excellent opportunity for a person with strong administrative and social skills, as well as a demonstrated
commitment to intercultural and academic exchange.
PROGRAM ADMINISTRATION DUTIES
• Assist in the development of a targeted outreach and program advertising campaign
• Provide support and information for use in social media
• Maintain professional communication with respective U.S. and Swedish organizations

To qualify for this position, the potential candidate needs to have:
• Extensive experience in office management and excellent skills in Microsoft Office and Mac OS.
• Fluency in English and Swedish for this English-speaking work environment.
• Completion of a university degree in either Sweden or in the U.S.
• Substantial knowledge of Swedish and American culture, as well as demonstrated experience
with education institutions in both countries.
In addition to the above, the candidate must be a mature and organized individual, able to take
initiative and work closely in both a team environment and independently, demonstrate servicemindedness
and good judgement.
