We are now looking for a Program Coordinator!
Description
As a Program Coordinator you will work closely with the Program Manager to lead and coordinate the day to day work in specific programs.
This means you will;
• coordinate meetings and manage project documentation,
• facilitate and coordinate the day to day work in the program team,
• translate different documents,
• direct translation in some meetings.
You will work together with all business areas, line- and project-organizations within our company. Externally, you will work with the program's suppliers and -customers.
We are looking for someone who has;
• relevant project experience,
• a thorough experience and interest in using the computer for different tasks.
You master Turkish and English, both spoken and written. Swedish is a merit.
To be successful in the role you need to;
• be effective and organized,
• have the ability to plan and prioritize,
• have good social skills,
• be creative, solution-oriented and open minded,
• have good communication skills.
Great consideration will be given to your personal attitude for the position.

National Electric Vehicle Sweden AB is a member of the Engineering Industries and covered by current collective bargaining agreement signed by Unionen / Sveriges Ingenjörer / Ledarna.
