As Area Manager, you will maintain and build relationships with existing customers as well as expanding the customer base by making new contacts. In this position you get the opportunity to work with the whole affair from networking and sales to demonstrations of equipment and products and negotiations. You will find our customers in laboratory and research-intensive environments within healthcare, universities and industry, particularly in the pharmaceutical, chemical and biotechnology field.

Publiceringsdatum2011-12-08Kvalifikationer• You have a background in Life Science with a degree from University/College.
• You have a minimum of 2 years experience of sales to the Life Science industry preferably with specialization in laboratory equipment and / or consumables.
• We see it as an advantage if you have experience of working in a research environment. .
• You are outgoing and a good communicator. You find it easy to contact people and build active networks.
• You work independently and take your own initiatives.
• You are service minded and have the ability to listen to what the customer actually says
• You master both Danish and English in speech and writing
• We place great emphasis on personal characteristics.
• You have a valid drivers license.
You will work from a home office, preferably in the area around Odense. Sartorius offers you a fixed salary plus commission based on sales as well as a company car.
