Located in the shores of Mediterranian, in Tarragona province, the Resort is very well communicated with Europe and the rest of Spain with the major roads and motorways, 2 airports -nearby and its own rail station.
Every year, more than 4000 people work there in more than 400 different positions. The company offers the possibility to work during the full season (6 up to 9 months) or during the summer season ( contracts of 1 month minimum up to 6 months, starting the summer season in June until mid-September).
PortAventura also offers Spanish courses to all employees; those working more than 3 months would have the possibility to attend other different training courses (English, informatics).
PROFESSIONAL WAITER: To attend and serve the client with the best efficiency and quality and to develop the necessary activities to open the restaurant in the right conditions, to write down the orders of the clients. To manage and supervise a team of people.
Medium Spanish level and fluent English.
European Economic Area nationality required.
WORKING CONDITIONS: Temporary contract; full-time; Monday to Sunday, 2 or 1,5 days off; Changeable time-tables, schedules given every month.
Travel expenses not provided. Accommodation provided in three options: -Shared apartments, shared rooms: Between 190 EURO and 200 EURO per person and month, included water, gas and power. -Accommodation in families, including a single room, half board provided, clothing and general cleaning service in the house, upto 350 EURO per month -Accommodation in families, including a single room and access to the common areas in the house but without the service included in the previous option, for about 250 EURO per month.
Transport to go from the accommodation to the Resort by bus, bonus about 38 EURO per month.
