hela Sverige The Professional Services (PS) department provides a range of technical and strategic consulting services to ensure successful on-boarding for our customers and their continual development with our SaaS (software as a service) digital marketing solutions. The PS Manager role is highly communicative with an emphasis on team building functions. It focuses immensely on cross team and cross product collaboration. The global PS department has members in all APSIS sales offices with both line and functional reporting to the PS Manager. The PS department consist of 25+ employees in 7 offices and is closely tied with our Professional tech services department with 10+ employees. You are expected to have a strong working bond within that group to ensure efficient and streamlined customer deliveries, but also with other internal stakeholders in the organisation such as our sales and operational departments.
During the upcoming years, APSIS will be evolving its product offering immensely and has an aggressive growth plan which will lead to a greater focus on global projects, as well as deliveries consisting of several teams (or/and external partners) and an increased complexity.
Main responsibilities:
Coach and encourage employees and team managers to reach their full potential
Responsible, or involved with, recruitmenting for the team
Secure PS global product knowledge and knowhow
Develop a competitive PS offering/packaging
Secure, develop and optimise customer delivery processes and strategies
Secure, develop and optimise internal processes such as handovers with sales, presales process and project delivery process
Align operational work and cooperation between departments
Nurture and improve quality, profitability and efficiency and other KPI's for the team
Follow up on customer evaluations
Requirements, placement and travel
The PS Manager is placed in HQ in Malmö and is expected to travel to the other APSIS sites on a regular basis.
We are looking for a leader with experience of leading a senior team of consultants within digital marketing, who excels in change management, great communication skills and has the ability to inspire this highly professional team. Experience with and passion for digital marketing is a must and if you gained this experience from a SaaS company it is a strong merit. You are likely to have a great deal of knowledge within data driven marketing, marketing automation, cloud marketing etc and understand that a solution to a customer's need is based on a technical solution.

We expect the candidate to have a 7+ years of working experience and a minimum of 3 years of leadership experience. The candidate is expected to at least have a Bachelor's Degree in either business or engineering.
As APSIS' official company language is English, it is a requirement that you are able to express yourself fluently and proficiently in written and verbal form.
