Our belief is that the Wi-Fi gateway is an increasingly important part of the smart connected home and we support the vision by being a key player that transforms and brings the open-source business model to the gateway industry. Maintain leadership in development and offer supported versions of enterprise software for the gateway industry.
In 2010 we started the development of our opensource operating system for gateways, IOPSYSWRT.
Today IOPSYSWRT is one of the most advanced, platform independent gateway software based on OpenWRT. We embrace open-source and contributes code to other open-source projects which enables IOPSYS developers get recognition for their work not only at IOPSYS but also in the wider community.
We are located close to Mariatorget in Södermalm, Stockholm.

What about the role:
As our Professional Services Engineer, you will be our customers primary point of contact when they have a technical problem, and make sure the problem is resolved
You will prepare and deliver product trainings as well as assist product installations and upgrades. Over time you will be essential in developing and upselling our portfolio.
The role includes a lot of communication, both verbally and in writing and in English.
We believe you are someone who loves to engage with customers, understand their technical issue and thrilled to solve it.
Who are you?
You have a master or bachelor's degree in computer science, or equivalent. You have experience from embedded solutions, Java, Javascript as well as databases
You have solid working experience from IP technology: Networking, Protocols, and IP based services such as IPTV and VoIP.
You are well versed in mass management solutions and Linux as a platform for services
You have some years in operations department at telecom operator (CSP) or internet service providers (ISP) is a great experience for the job
You are analytical and methodical. With a smile on your face, you drive creative ways to find the root cause and address it.
