SKF Mobility and App Development is part of SKF IoT Technology and Mobility Services, supporting SKF 's Digital Business by providing solutions around Internet of Things, Big Data, Analytics and Mobility for internal and external customers.
Job responsibilities
The Mobility Service Owner is working in close relationship with the business and is responsible to support our mobile applications with the delivery of Mobility Services. You will be ensuring that the service is delivered according to agreed service levels. High quality and continuous improvement of the services as well as the underlying IT processes is key in this role.
Main responsibilities are:
• Ensure that the current and future service requirements of business are identified, understood and documented
• Define service and operating levels and corresponding agreements
• Deliver Mobility Services to and follow up regularly with businesses
• Identify resources requirements and create and update resource plan and reports
• Ensure service quality and continuously review service performance
• Trigger Service improvement plans where necessary
• Ensure that the service cost are aligned with the market
Job requirements
We are looking for a candidate with experience in managing mobile applications and driving the delivery of mobility services towards customers. Preferably you have a Bachelor or Master in IT or equivalent proven work skills.
You have a solid understanding of Mobility Solutions and Applications. You have experience in driving and continuously improving a service business.
Excellent communication skills. Fluently speaking English and Swedish.
